Terms of service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of trytwistrike.com and to every purchase made on it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Sergio Medina González, trading as Twistrike, Calle Los Cedros 2, Las Palmas, Spain. Email: hello@trytwistrike.com.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. In that case you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any discounts shown on the product page. Any taxes and duties are shown at checkout when applicable. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure payment providers.

4. Promotions and free gifts

Promotions, bundle prices and free gifts are valid while stocks last and for the period shown on the website. Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

5. Shipping

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Our 90-day money-back guarantee and return conditions are described in our Refund Policy. These do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Safe use of the product

Twistrike is a training tool. Read the instructions, warm up before use, start at a low resistance level and stop if you feel pain. If you have an injury or a medical condition, consult a doctor before training. Children should only use the product under adult supervision. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to Twistrike or is used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
