Shipping policy
Free tracked and insured shipping on every order.
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days to receive, prepare and dispatch your order.
- Shipping time: 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and city.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, carriers may need a few extra days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also check it at any time from the Track Your Order page.
Insured delivery
Every order is insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Shipping address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@trytwistrike.com. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. When they are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Digital products
Digital items, such as the free training plan, are delivered by email right after your order is confirmed.
